Northrim Bank is proud to welcome new officers. Northrim President and CEO Mike Huston is pleased to announce the following updates:
- Nigel Morton - VP, Commercial Loan Officer
- Flori Davis - AVP, Branch Manager, Sitka Financial Center
- Tommy Atwood - Assistant Branch Manager
Morton joined Northrim in April and has 12 years of experience in banking. A life-long Alaskan, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southwest Baptist University. Morton has been a member of the board of directors for the Interior Alaska Building Association, Alaska State Homebuilders Association, National Association of Home Builders, and United Way of Tanana Valley. He also volunteers as a high school and youth baseball coach.
Davis started at Northrim in June with over 23 years of banking experience. She graduated from Bukidnon State College, Philippines. Davis has volunteered with the Sitka Youth Advocates, Sitka Chamber of Commerce, the Filipino community & Rotary.
Atwood joined Northrim in February and has nine years of experience in banking. He graduated from the CUNA Financial Counseling Certification program and is a Certified Financial Counselor. Atwood has taught financial literacy through Teach Children to Save and Get Real Financial Reality fairs since 2018. He also volunteers with Four A’s Rainbow Run, American Foundation for Suicide prevention’s Out of the Darkness Walk, and the Anchorage Shop with a Cop/Firefighter event.
